Enhance customers’ shopping experience 

 

In order to enhance the customers’ shopping experiences, the new app is launched with the first-ever loyalty programme of Festival Walk. Customers can register as member via the app to enjoy a wide range of exclusive privileges, discover the mall more convenient, to know the availability of parking space by getting real-time information and more.

 

Enrich of customer database for target marketing

 

Festival Walk aims to build a shoppers’ database to facilitate deep-dive data analytics for enabling target marketing. The new development of the loyalty program via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Application Programming Interface (API) making data sharing more efficient, accurately obtain on customers’ statistics for a better understanding on customers’ spending behavior.
